1. Booking Terms
- Eligibility: To book a tour, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
- Booking Process: A booking is considered confirmed only when a valid payment has been made. You will receive a booking confirmation email with your tour details.
- Changes to Bookings: We reserve the right to amend or cancel a booking if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the customer at the earliest opportunity.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations should be made in writing (email).
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour or no-shows: No refund.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen conditions that make the tour unsafe or unfeasible, an alternative date or a different tour will be offered.
If no alternative is possible and the tour must be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
2. Deposit Policy
- Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking the total tour price is required at the time of reservation.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
- Health & Safety Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation in the tour.
- Travel & Safety Awareness While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask guests to follow the host’s instructions and stay on the designated routes. We recommend having appropriate travel insurance as a precaution for any unforeseen circumstances or personal incidents during the tour.We kindly remind participants that those who leave the planned route or disregard host instructions assume full responsibility for their actions, and liability cannot be accepted.
4. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves in a manner that is disruptive to the enjoyment of other guests, or fails to comply with safety regulations.
5. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control, but we will try to work with you closely to find a way to minimize the inconvenience—whether that means rescheduling your tour, offering an alternative experience, or assisting with the necessary arrangements.
