Discover one of Switzerland’s most stunning alpine lakes on this peaceful, nature-filled day trip. Departing from your hotel in the Interlaken area (within 10 km), you’ll travel by private minibus through the Bernese countryside to the charming mountain village of Kandersteg, the gateway to Lake Oeschinen — known locally as Oeschinensee.
From Kandersteg, enjoy a scenic cable car ride up the mountainside to reach the lake area, where you’ll be surrounded by towering peaks, forest paths, and crystal-clear alpine waters. To access the lakeshore, a pleasant 20–25 minute walk awaits you along easy, well-maintained mountain trails. While the path is not challenging, it does involve a bit of uphill and downhill walking.
Once at the lake, take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, capture breathtaking photos, or simply relax and soak in the tranquil beauty of the alpine landscape before your return journey.

In case of bad weather or unforeseen conditions that make the tour unsafe or unfeasible, an alternative date or a different tour will be offered.
If no alternative is possible and the tour must be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
