We understand that Swiss weather can be unpredictable. In the case of bad weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options or possible itinerary adjustments. If the tour cannot go ahead due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain or snow, storms), we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Yes, children are more than welcome on our tours! We aim to make our tours enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. Free child seats are available, and we will make necessary adjustments to ensure your child’s safety and comfort during the tour. Please let us know in advance if you need a child seat.
We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you and adjust the schedule accordingly. However, please note that if you arrive after the scheduled departure time, the tour may proceed without you, and no refund will be provided for missed tours.
Full prepayment is required to confirm your tour reservation.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour or no-shows: No refund.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen conditions that make the tour unsafe or unfeasible, an alternative date or a different tour will be offered.
If no alternative is possible and the tour must be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
